DoD Appropriation Act Funds RPA Joint Operational Testbed and MSAG for Tactical Control System.

On 31 March 2003 the Government announced award of a competitively-procured contract to Battlespace, Inc. to provide engineering and technical support services associated with the United States Joint Forces Command (USJFCOM) Joint Operational Test Bed System (JOTBS) commencing 1 April 2003. Total contract value for the five-year contract period is $10.4M. Battlespace will provide program planning and technical support to the JOTBS program, and experienced personnel for RPA and ISR technical support to the US Joint Forces Command JOTBS Project Manager. Work will be conducted at government and contractor sites in Norfolk, VA, Fort Huachuca, AZ, San Diego, CA and Crystal City, VA.
